Thirty years in the interior trades, including fire doorset replacement programmes in occupied high-density residential, remedial loft and head-of-wall compartmentation across multi-block residential sites, and passive fire compliance management across social housing stock. That is delivery experience — the reason this line is coming, and the reason it will be done properly.
This service is not yet open. The IFE Level 3 Certificate in Passive Fire Protection examination is in March 2027, and until the certificate is held nothing in this line is inspected, reported, priced or signed off. Ask me now and I will tell you the same thing, and refer you to someone who holds it today.
Excluded from scope in every case: EWS1 assessment, external wall systems, cladding, fire risk assessment and fire engineering design.
