For a quote, the property address, the type of property and what you need inspecting is usually enough to price it.

What to tell me

The property address, or at least the postcode area.
Property type and number of bedrooms — that is what the price is based on.
What you need: snagging, warranty inspection, condition report, inventory, check-out, void survey, quality inspection, defect diagnosis or measured areas.
Any deadline — a completion date, a warranty anniversary, a tenancy end date or a hold-point date.
Who else needs access arranged, and who holds the keys.

Coverage

Kingston upon Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, the Humber and northern Lincolnshire. HU and DN postcodes and the surrounding area, with no travel charge and no minimum call-out. Work outside that area is quoted individually.
